What is Onirix?

Onirix builds AI agents for modern customer support. Our first product, Onirix Voice, is an AI voice agent that answers your organization's phone 24/7. It answers questions from your own documents, routes callers to departments, transfers to your team, and captures callbacks. AI agents for chat, email, and a developer messaging API are on the way.

How does the AI know how to answer questions about my organization?

You upload the documents your team already uses: admissions guides, FAQs, handbooks, and department directories. Onirix extracts and structures that content into a knowledge base, you review it, and the AI answers only from what you've approved. If it doesn't know, it says so and offers a transfer or callback instead of guessing.

What happens when a caller needs a real person?

Onirix transfers the call live to the right department or team member. If nobody is available, it captures a callback request with the caller's details and reason, so your team can return the call. Nothing is lost to a busy signal or voicemail.

Which languages does Onirix Voice speak?

Onirix Voice launches in English with a natural, easy-to-understand voice. Additional languages and regional voice options are planned as the product expands.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are live within a day: create an account, upload your documents, review the extracted knowledge, and connect a phone number. No developers or new hardware required.

Do I need to change my phone number?

Accepted Answer

No. You can forward your existing lines to your Onirix number, or we can provision a new dedicated number for you, including local numbers.

How much does Onirix cost?

A monthly platform fee plus what you use. Free is $0 for browser testing, Starter $29/month, Growth $99/month, and Business $299/month. On top of that you pay $2/month per phone number, $0.02 per AI request, and a per-minute rate for answered call time that falls as the plan rises — $0.29 on Starter, $0.24 on Growth, $0.19 on Business. Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets you build an agent from your own documents and test it by voice and chat in your browser, with no monthly fee. It asks for a card because call time and AI usage are billed as you use them. Phone numbers start on the Starter plan.

Who can see my documents and call data?

Accepted Answer

Only your organization. Onirix is multi-tenant by design: your knowledge base, calls, and callbacks are isolated per organization, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access for your team and full audit logging.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. Enterprise plans can discuss data residency requirements with our team.
