Agreement

By creating an account or using Onirix, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

The service

Onirix provides AI-powered customer support services, including an AI voice agent that answers calls using content your organization uploads and approves. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish to your knowledge base and for complying with applicable laws when recording or processing calls in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, or harmful use of the service.
• No uploading of content you do not have the right to use or share.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically until canceled. Trial accounts convert to paid plans only with your explicit action. We never charge without consent.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onirix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
